What is the ELV High Garden Review Whitefield Bangalore?

ELV High Garden is the latest project that is being constructed in Whitefield, Bangalore. I visited this project last Saturday and really liked it. My parents are quite old, and I have a 3 year old daughter as well, so I wanted to live in an apartment that would have good ventilation amid greenery. I have read many ELV high garden reviews and would like to add the most prominent aspects of this project here-

• This project has about 75% of open land so yes, good ventilation is ensured

• ELV is a prominent builder in India who are building this project so you can be sure that these experts, who have been in the real estate field for 14 years, will deliver good projects

• You will get 2, 2.5 and 3 BHKs here

• The project is spread across 2 acres of land and the apartments are quite spacious

• The price of these apartments starts from Rs 1.35 crores onwards

• The ELV High Garden possession date is set for October 2026

I am planning to get a 2.5 in ELV High Garden, mainly because of its excellent location. It is just

1.9 km from Ambedkar Nagar, from where I board the bus, to my office. You will find hospitals, schools, markets, and everything else near this project. Let me share a few more destinations that are easily accessible from here

• Whitefield Satellite Goods Terminal- 7.7 km

• Railway Goods Loading Junction- 4.2 km

• Dr. R. Munisingh Hospital- 1.3 km

The ELV High Garden completion date is 2026, so you can pay multiple visits before investing any money here. 

Since the beginning, I have noticed that the ELV High Garden price is way too much. My friend, after much discussion, booked a 2 BHK here in March, but just in May she planned to cancel it due to the delay. She had to struggle a lot to get the refund, which is not a good thing. So invest here only if you are 100% sure. Also, do note that they did not have any demo flats to show, so you can never be sure about what apartment they will deliver. 

I will suggest you wait another year and see how well the project develops, and then only plan to invest here.
