What are the Reviews of Lodha Bella Vita, NIMB, Pune?

Hi, I would like to share a Lodha Bella Vita reviews based on the site visit we made a few days ago. We went to know more about the 3 BHK flats in the project and found out that the Lodha Bella Vita price starts at Rs. 97 lacs and goes up to Rs. 3.05 crore. The 3 BHK is available for Rs. 1.35 crores, while a 3 BHK with study would cost us a bit around Rs. 1.57 crores. We drove around the project and found the area pretty good on the development part. The amenities offered really attracted us, but the price is a bit over our budget. So, we’re also considering

, which is not too far from Bella Vita. You can have a look at it as a second option. 

Hi, we have been quite eager to buy a 2 BHK house for a long time. We finally decided to buy a house and move in by 2025. So, we started our search and visited Lodha Bella Vita. I’ll share a quick Lodha Bella Vita reviews to help you get an idea of the project. 

• The housing society is being built over a huge 13-acre plot with flats ranging from 2 BHK to 4+ BHK in configuration. 

• The Lodha Bella Vita location is in Mohammed Wadi, which is a plus point for us. The connectivity and infrastructure have improved a lot. 

• I liked that there are hospitals nearby, such as Sana Hospital, Madhavbaug, and more.

•  Apart from this, the Royale Heritage Mall is roughly 2 km away, with several other shopping malls nearby. 

• The Lodha Bella Vita possession date is December 2025, which is ideal for us. 

So, we’re pretty much confirmed to book an apartment here. 

We visited Bella Vita, an upcoming project by Lodha Group. The builder has been in this business for many years, so we were quite sure of the quality they’ll deliver. We were impressed with the high standard of living in this project. A swimming pools, gym, jogging track, green garden, spa and rainwater harvesting system are a few of the amenities here. The Lodha Bella Vita RERA number is P52100024215. We enquired about the 4 BHK, which has a starting price of Rs. 2.06 crores and a carpet area of 1656 sq. ft. My family and I like most of the aspects here, and we might go for the 4 BHK soon. 

For me, Lodha Bella Vite is my ideal endeavour. If you are interested in celebrating life in trend, this is the project for you. It is entirely cost effective. They provide a variety of services, including:

• Gas pipeline

• Community hall

• Wifi

• Party area

• Indoor games

• Jogging track

• Spa/steam/sauna

• Visitor parking

• Fully equipped gym

• Swimming pools that are well-maintained for both adults and children

• Grand clubhouse, and so on

The Lodha Bella Vita possession date is December 2025. Moreover, I am looking forward to hearing more about Lodha's construction progress. 

For the reasons listed below, I will give Lodha Bella Vita projects a 3 out of 5:

• Lodha Bella Vita NIBM Pune address is in Mohammed Wadi, off NIBM Road, in Pune. Major access routes are 5 to 7 km away from this project itself. It is great for Market Yard businesspeople, while IT professionals like me face a significant issue from having any employment opportunities.

• I discovered that the Lodha Bella Vita flat price is 1.33 Crore for a 3BHK when I visited their site. You would have to drop your family down below the building and then return to park your car because the suggested parking was at the ends of the structures. This, they claimed, is a USP to lessen noise, and so forth.

• Although I can't recall the exact maintenance charge right now because it has been a while, but the fee was also going to be high.

As per my Lodha Bella Vita review, the project was OK given the size, accessibility, price, and so on, but I am not willing to spend that much for this area.

I was searching for a three bedroom flat close to NIMB in Pune because my brother works at Brahma Estate Commercial Plaza. Then, I learned about the Lodha Bella Vita project.
