• Well connected by metro and road to the rest of the city.

• Situated near Porur and Ambattur - preferred IT and industrial destinations in the city.

• Easy access to industrial areas in Tada(SriCity), Oragadam, and Sriperumbudur

• 4 km from Koyambedu bus junction.

• 5 minutes away from SBIOA Model School

• 10 minutes away from Anna Nagar.

• 15 minutes from Apollo General Hospital

Brigade Xanadu completion date is December 2019 so yes, it is a bit old project. You can collect a number of reviews about it hence. Here is the complete Brigade Xanadu location-

Brigade Xanadu address is easily accessible so that is really a plus point but other than that, I did not like the project. Let me list the issues of this project here-

• No designated parking area for bikes

• No EV charging ports for individual apartments

• Poor maintenance

• Not enough greenery as promised

They delayed handing over the apartment to my friend so shall not recommend it to anyone. And also the

Brigade Xanadu Chennai price is not very affordable so before investing lakhs here, think a hundred times.
