What is the Sobha Serene Review Poonamallee Chennai?

I would like to share my thoughts about this project in this Sobha Serene Review. My son is in Eurokids Preschool and that is why we bought an apartment here. We enjoy all the basic amenities like a swimming pool, gymnasium, table tennis, basketball, 24*7 security, dance room and more here and they all are well designed and equipped. But the best thing about this project is its location. It is

• 0.7 km from

  Avadi Poonamallee High Road

• Only 1.2 km from Trunk Road

• 6.6km from the Outer Ring Road

• Avadi Railway Station is within 8 km

• MMS Hospital is within 2.15 km

• Mangalam Hospital is within 2.53 km

• LCVKS School is within 2 km

These are all I can figure out as of now. There are many more but I cannot remember them now. I hope these are enough to help you know its exact location as of now.

Sobha Serene is a beautiful project. My best friend lives there and I have visited her quite a number of times. She lives in a 2 BHK apartment but you will get 1 and 3 BHKs as well here. She shared with me the size chart that she was provided with when she was booking her apartment so let me share it with you all as well here.

Sobha Serene is overall a good project but there are problems that you will surely face here and those are:

• Water shortage

• Leakages in bathrooms or other rooms

• Poor drainage system

You won’t get malls, food outlets, entertainment hubs near it so that is a huge problem.
