What is the RWD Grand Corridor Review Poonamallee Chennai?

I have read many reviews of residents complaining that they suffer from transportation issues and more but the RWD Grand Corridor is located just beside the main road so you won’t have such problems here. The only concern here is the price. They have mentioned it starts from Rs 69 lakhs but don’t fall in this trap. Be sure that the price will rise to Rs 75 lakhs minimum after you finalize it. A lot of people approach them seeing this affordable price but after discussing it you will get to know it is the base price and several charges will get added to it eventually. This is all I can say in this RWD Grand Corridor Review. Once it gets done, I believe more reviews can be provided on it.

I really want my son to get swimming sessions when we shift in our new apartment and learn that the RWD Grand Corridor has that amenity. We did a bit research on this project ans got to know that they also have:

• Multipurpose hall

• Indoor games room

• Sandpit

• Mini theater

• Kids’ play area

• Skating rink

• Sit-out area

• Yoga

• Aroma garden

• Amphitheater and more

I have not yet been able to visit this project personally but have got this details from my sister so you can rely on this RWD Grand Corridor Review.

As for a RWD Grand Corridor Review  let me tell you that this project has 2 and 3 BHK apartments available and the starting price approximately is Rs 69 lakhs. Since me and my husband are quite interested in this project, I have noted the carpet area for these two respective apartments.

2 BHK - 1051 sq ft- 1359 sq ft

3 BHK - 1343 sq f - 1528 sq ft

Also be sure that this project is very much legal and will have no issues as such. Its RERA number is: TN/02/BUILDING/037/2019/
