The Marathon Sunset Garden completion date is set for 2026 and it is the same for
L&T Rejuve 360as well. I checked out both but since I was planning to have a 3 BHK, I preferred the latter more. The L&T Rejuve 360 project provides 2, 2.5, 3, and 3.5 BHK properties starting at Rs 2.75 crore and guys, the properties are amazing. I loved several aspects of this project, like:
It is situated in close proximity to the Eastern Express Highway and Nahur train station
It is spread across 11 acres so is way more spacious than Marathon Sunset Garden
L&T Rejuve 360 will have 5 buildings and 538 units so the options are more here
The price is a bit higher here but I personally found it justified based on the location and style of the project. You can visit both and compare them yourself.

I heard some good Marathon Sunset Garden reviews so I planned to check it out myself. It is a great project being constructed by Marathon Realty Pvt. Ltd. Piramal Revanta. Both are equally good but since Piramal Revanta

Piramal Revanta seemed more enticing to me and the obvious reason is that it is going to be wrapped up before Marathon Sunset Garden so its construction is almost complete and you get to see more of it.
