What is the Marathon Sunset Garden Review Mulund West Mumbai?

The Marathon Sunset Garden completion date is set for 2026 and it is the same for

as well. I checked out both but since I was planning to have a 3 BHK, I preferred the latter more. The L&T Rejuve 360 project provides 2, 2.5, 3, and 3.5 BHK properties starting at Rs 2.75 crore and guys, the properties are amazing. I loved several aspects of this project, like:

• It is situated in close proximity to the Eastern Express Highway and Nahur train station

• It is spread across 11 acres so is way more spacious than Marathon Sunset Garden

• L&T Rejuve 360 will have 5 buildings and 538 units so the options are more here

The price is a bit higher here but I personally found it justified based on the location and style of the project. You can visit both and compare them yourself.

I heard some good Marathon Sunset Garden reviews so I planned to check it out myself. It is a great project being constructed by Marathon Realty Pvt. Ltd. The project is RERA-approved and is just opposite Devidayal Garden,Devidayal Rd., Mulund West. Here are some aspects I liked about the Sunset Garden Marathon:

• The process is spread across 0.40 acres 

• This project will provide studio spaces, 1 BHK and 2 BHK

• The Marathon Sunset Garden price starts from Rs 1.22 crores onwards

• There are more than 32 plus world-class amenities there

• It is the tallest tower of Bhandup

• The tower will consist of 1 ground floor and 21 storeys

The marathon sunset garden possession date is set for December 2026 as of now and I believe they will be able to wrap it up by then.

I wanted to buy a property by 2025 and since the Marathon Sunset Garden location is quite good, I visited it first. It is expected to be completed by 2026 so I checked another project in Mukund, which is the

. Both are equally good but since Piramal Revanta

is going to get completed within the next two years, I am planning to book an apartment here. This project is promising to provide

• 50% open spaces on the total area of 12 acres

• The price of the apartments will start at Rs. 1.35 crores

• There will be 2 buildings here 560 units

• There will be 1, 2, 3, 3.5 and 4 BHK apartments

Piramal Revanta seemed more enticing to me and the obvious reason is that it is going to be wrapped up before Marathon Sunset Garden so its construction is almost complete and you get to see more of it.
