What is the Kohinoor Westview Reserve Review Wakad Pune?

Kohinoor Westview Reserve is an under construction project in Wakad, Pune. I live quite near this project in a rented house and checked it out myself. I want to book an apartment here soon so I can give reliable Kohinoor Westview Reserve reviews. Here are some specifications of this project-

• It has two phases, phase 1 is going to be completed by 2025 and phase 2 will be completed by 2028

• The apartments start from Rs 94 lakhs

• The project is RERA approved

• Abundant trees with lush greenery all around

I am myself 50 years old, so I really want to breathe in fresh air, and I really have high expectations from this project. The project is actually amid nature, and I cannot mention how many birds I saw during my last visit. It is so soothing, so yes, I will recommend you visit this project and consider investing here for sure.

I am all set to book an apartment in Kohinoor Westview Reserve, as it is pet friendly. I have come across projects where the sales team agrees to allow pets, but once you get in there, they levy several rules on you. This project will draft the sale agreement stating that they are pet friendly so at least my dogs will have the liberty to go out and play. Here are some more amenities available which I could learn to date like-

• You will enjoy free wifi here

• The gym is promised to be spacious and well-equipped

• There will be a separate spa and massage area

• Their sports club’s planning was really impressive

I can live in compact apartments without any such green view from my windows, but this project :| Guys, there is a garbage dump area located near Kohinoor Westview Reserve, and you will have a foul smell 24*7. I went there last month and was shocked to witness it. Some other problematic things to witness here are-

• Poor road construction and lack of communication

• There is no school, hospital, or market near this project

• Public transportation will take about 5 years to develop here

I came across a person having a heated conversation with the sales teams and learned he paid a token fee three months ago and was praised for getting a refund on cancellation, but to date he hasn’t got it. Totally disappointed.
