We checked Kohinoor Tinsel Town Photos first online on NoBroker and felt that the project was pretty good. Thankfully, our idea of it did not change after our visit there. I am currently living here, so I can share quite elaborately what made me choose this project.

• The price of the 2 BHK apartments is really affordable. It starts from Rs 62 lakhs and the carpet area of the apartment is between 574 sq ft and 583 sq ft.

• This project has only one building with 98 units so be sure you will never feel congested here

• The project got launched in 2018 and got completed in 2022 and is RERA-approved as well

• This project is constructed by the renowned builder in Pune, the Kohinoor Group and this is one of their best projects I have ever come across

I am really happy living here, so I will suggest you all check it out at least once.

The project is really spacious and gorgeous to look at. It is well-connected with roads so communication is not an issue here

This project has several drawbacks, like-

• Lifts do not work on most days

• The interior work of the apartments is below average

• Garbage management is a big problem here

• Management faculty is not at all good

I hence dropped my plan of having an apartment here and am still in the quest to get a decent apartment at a reasonable price. I will still suggest that you not rely on Kohinoor Tinsel Town Reviews blindly. Visit the project yourself, and then decide.
