She is living in a 2 BHK apartment and says the rooms are quite spacious. She seemed to be happy living here so I think the price is affordable and the project is worth investing into.

In fact, several main roads connect this project with the rest of the city so you won’t have any trouble travelling anywhere. Here are some of the locations-

• The Outer Ring Road is 20 mins from there

• The Chennai International Airport is 40 mins from here

Apart from these you will get several IT hubs near it like Shriram The Gateway, MPEZ & ZOHO among others.

For its location mainly, I will rate this project 4.2/ 5.

My brother planned to buy an apartment here so let me share our

Joy At Shriram Temple Bells review. My brother booked an apartment here in 2022 and paid Rs 1 lakh as the booking amount. He was assured that on cancellation he will get the money refunded. On September 2022 he had to cancel the booking after being laid off from his job and since then we are struggling to get the money back. We called them a hundred times and now they are telling us there is no scope of getting the booking amount refunded. We are planning to take some legal action hence will suggest NOT TO BUY AN APARTMENT HERE.
