What are the Reviews of Vision Arsha reviews, Tellapur, Hyderabad?

I was going through several online positive Vision Arsha reviews before visiting the site. I discovered that the project is under construction and the expected Vision Arsha possession date is by October 2027. The construction work is going in stages. The double stilt, sports complex, footings work, and column work are in progress. The project plan looked promising, and the sales team was also good, and prompt in answering my queries. I liked the project and had booked a unit here.

This is a RERA registered project and the Vision Arsha RERA number is P01100005595. The main thing I liked about this project was its location. The Vision Arsha location is in Tellapur, which is the fastest-growing locality and premium residential area in Hyderabad. Furthermore, Tellapur is well-connected to other areas of Hyderabad by the Mumbai Highway, the Outer Ring Road, and the Lingampally Railway Station. The nearest bus stop is just 500 metres away.

I got to know that the Vision Arsha price ranges from ₹1.04 Crores to ₹2 Crores. This is on a bit higher end. So I started researching a few other projects in that locality and discovered the

project. Muppas Melody's price starts from ₹69.7 Lakh onwards. I found this project affordable, so I am planning to book a unit here.

I visited this project a few months ago to know the Vision Arsha 1BHK price. During my visit, I came to know that this project will only feature 2, 3, and 3.5 BHKs. This will be the massive complex, which spreads across 11 acres, and features 1561 units distributed among seven towers.

The Vision Arsha possession date is October 2027, which is quite late for me because I have to move by the end of this year. The price was also a bit more than I could afford. I thus visited the Aakriti Esta project in the same locality. 

• From November 2022, this project was ready to be moved into.

• It offers 2 and BHK flats for the price range of Rs 75 and Rs 82 lakhs.

• It has five buildings with 314 units.

I quite loved this project and decided to book a 2 BHK flat here. 

As I am searching for a two-bedroom flat In Tellapur, Hyderabad, my friend informed me about this project. He recently visited this project and shared his Visions Arsha reviews. He said the location is prime and excellent. When he learned about the project and the Vision Arsha 2BHK price in comparison to nearby projects, he promptly booked an apartment.
