The possession date was perfect for me as I stay overseas for my job and wanted something that would get delivered just before I return.

I asked my brother to visit the site and check the floor plans and to make sure it's built according to Vastu. He visited the site and confirmed the same to me. After that, I booked a 3BHK apartment with them. 

While searching for an apartment on the internet, I came across the VGK Sai Hardik project. From their official website, I came to learn about the VGK Sai Hardik address, which is Ganapathy Colony Road, East Tambaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. 

After this, I visited the site and enquired about various details such as amenities, possession date, RERA number, etc. The executive present there told me that they provide various amenities such as gym, children's play area, etc. He also told me that the VGK Sai Hardik possession date is December 2031 and the RERA number is TN/35/Building/0325/2024. Finally, I decided not to choose this property as the possession date is too far away.
