What are VTP Purvanchal Wagholi, Pune reviews?

I recently got to know that VTP Purvanchal is near completion. This new project in Wagholi has grabbed many eyeballs as the pricing of this project is decent. I was inquiring the other day about VTP Purvanchal reviews with one of my really close friends who is in the real estate business in Pune. He said that given the market the pricing is decent enough. Here is what the price looks like for VTP Purvanchal.

I attended the launch event of VTP Purvanchal and I was really impressed with the locality and how everything is close to this residential dwelling. I would like to explain some things around it because in my personal opinion, it is important to have a good location.

I think location-wise it's a good deal and if you have children, parents who need medical care quite often or if your office is near this area, you can think about investing in this project.

While we are discussing

VTP Purvanchal Wagholi review, I would like to mention that from the looks of it and the promise made by VTP, the construction quality is going to be top-notch. For flooring they are using vitrified tiles, except for the terrace, they have promised to use anti-skid ceramic tiles. The walls will have superior OBD paint for internal walls and waterproof paint for external walls. I am expecting good things TBH, let’s see how it pans out.
