What are the Reviews of Tanish Orchid, Charholi Budruk, Pune?

I am looking for affordable properties in Pune. I had recently visited this project’s site. The Tanish Orchid Charholi address is Chovisawadi, Charholi Budruk, Maharashtra, 412105. I am planning to buy a 2 BHK apartment here because I like the location. It is around 9.2 km from the Kasarwadi Railway Station. Also, it is only 11.5 Km from my office which is located in the Pune IT Park. Overall, I am happy with this project.

Visited here a few months back based on a few online Tanish Orchid Charholi reviews. On enquiring about the Tanish Orchid completion date, I got to know that this was launched on Mar 12 and the expected Tanish Orchid possession date was around Dec 21. I was planning to buy a 1 BHK apartment here. The sales team informed me that the Tanish Orchid 1 BHK price would be around Rs. 26.5 Lakh. Though this is quite reasonable, I am still reviewing several other projects to get a better deal.

I want to make a real estate investment, and as a result, I am going through several projects in Pune. However, before investing I am a bit confused with my options that is Tanish Orchid and

located in Charholi Budruk. I liked both of them. Pride Manhattan is an under-construction project, unlike Tanish Orchid. I believe Pride Manhattan is an elegant and good-quality skyscraper in Pune. While comparing I realised that Pride Manhattan’s price is on a bit higher side than Tanish Orchid that is the price of these apartments ranges from Rs. 65.34 Lakhs - Rs. 65.34 Lakhs. Hence, I am a bit confused and am holding onto my decision.
