What are the Reviews of Royal Ishana - P1, Wakad, Pune?

Finally, I have a home of my own. While looking for a flat in Mangal Nagar, Wakad, Pune, we arrived at Royal Ishana. We had looked at the floor plans and decided to make the booking for 2 BHK. The distance between it and the Laxman Nagar Bus Stop is just 1.2 kilometers. It provides a wide choice of carpet area for 2 BHKs that ranges between 745 sq ft and 805 sq ft. This project will have 3 wings with 200 units, and the possession date is December 2024. If you are looking for a 2 BHK property in a prime location at a fair price, as per my Royal Ishana reviews, you should go to the site for further conversation.

I could have given a negative Royal Ishana reviews rating, but I was unable to find the option. I travelled from the opposite side of Pune to see this property. However, the salesperson was unable to clarify my doubts. He requested to leave when I questioned why you invite clients over if they are not interested in hearing more. He rudely told us to go and choose a flat where we could stay within 50 lahks when we sought a bargain. He disrespected my family as well. I am happy that I didn't purchase a home here.

Let me give you my honest opinion of Royal Ishana. This project, in my view, is situated in Pune's best area. It is conveniently connected to Wakad's main routes. The apartment complex has large 2 BHK flats. The primary attraction for me seems to be the ability to collect rainwater. Families with young children are going to enjoy the property. The kids will get lots of development opportunities. An amphitheater, a basketball court, a servant room, a shopping center, and a gas pipeline are all included in the proposal.
