This development by Prestige was launched successfully on April 2023. The expected Prestige Lavendar Fields possession date is from July 2027 onwards. I really liked the strategic location of Whitefield Varthur, Bangalore. Some of the locational advantages that are worth mentioning are as follows;

• ITPL is around 4 km

• The Sarjapur Road and ORR are easily accessible from the region.

• The Prestige Lavender Fields is only 5 kilometres away from companies like SAP, Wipro, and TESCO.

• The Whitefield Railway Station and KR Puram stations are 15 min drive away from the site. 

I believe buying an apartment in this project will be a profitable option.

I visited this project’s site because I have great faith in this reputed Prestige builder. After my visit, I got to know that the Prestige Lavendar Fields construction status is still under construction. It consists of a total of 1473 units, and the unit configuration is as follows;

The project is also a RERA-registered one and the RERA ID is PR/290423/005906. We are considering booking a 2 BHK apartment here. However, I’d really appreciate it if anyone could help me with the Prestige Lavendar Fields completion date. Thanks in advance.
