What are the reviews of Prateek Grand City, Siddhartha Vihar, Ghaziabad?

These are my Prateek Grand City Reviews. We were searching for an apartment where we can live peacefully and travel with ease. But that dream of ours left in pieces after we booked a flat for this project. They promised us to give possession in early 2019, but the flat only had four walls and an entrance door until last month (Jan 2022). There were no windows, no plumbing, no power, and no flooring when we visited the project site. And that made us realise the mistake we have done. The staff and management never respond to your calls, so don’t even think about the emails. So better you think 10 times before investing in these kinds of builders and projects.

You must read this one of the Prateek group reviews of mine. I also booked a flat in Prateek Grand City in 2015 after consulting my family members. We felt good when we went to their project office to have a look at their amenities and structure quality. The management team and builder felt so genuine and promising at that time. But then later we got to see the real side of the Prateek group. We booked a flat in 2015 and haven’t received possession yet. They will make you pay all the charges including registration, possession, maintenance, etc. And they don’t even respond to your calls. So I would always suggest not to book any flat in the Prateek group.

There are a lot of Prateek Grand City reviews online. I scanned through them and realised some reviews were positive and others were negative. When I look at residential projects, I think about the location, amenities being offered to the buyers, construction quality, and construction status. Moreover, I look at the legal status of the project. I was in Ghaziabad and decided to stop by the Prateek Grand City. I spent a few hours looking around the place and speaking with residents and sales representatives.

At first glance, society is well planned. Some parts of the project are under construction while other parts are occupied by buyers. According to the date set by the developers, the construction is delayed. All buildings are not ready, even the water tank is currently under construction. The tiling in a washroom is done till the fifteenth floor only. There are no functional amenities in the project.

Continuing my Prateek Group Reviews. The flats are quite compact and the balconies are small as well. The electricity bill skyrockets here. There are no electricity meters fixed in the house. If you plan to buy a flat in the project, remember that electricity is expensive. The quality of the facts is really bad. Adding to my concerns about the project, there are no grocery shops within the project boundaries. 

Siddharth Vihar Ghaziabad review is mostly negative, home buyers have complained about the developer. The real estate management team hasn't given timely possession of the flats. Excess money of buyers hasn't been refunded. The grievances haven't been addressed. The builder is creating problems for the buyers and those who wish to resell the flat. 

Prateek Grand City reviews state that the facilities are missing, and the quality of flats isn't good. The builder has cheated. Though, the location is good. The project is well connected with other parts of Noida. The builder is charging a premium amount yet not delivering premium flats. You can get better houses in the area within the same price range. 

I was impressed looking at the Prateek grand city floor plan but my opinion changed quickly when I read a few reviews online. If you read the pros and cons of purchasing a flat here, you will realise the cons are higher than the pros. 

A few of the most common complaints is the delay in handing over the flats. The builder was constantly moving the Prateek grand city possession date, there was a delay on top of the delay. PGC says that the flats are ready to move. 

You can take a look at the Prateek grand city price list and see that the society is overpriced by all means. Tenants here are exploited under the garb of clubhouse charges and dues by PGC. I read in a review that the management was charging tenants 2.5k pm for electricity usage even though there were no meters installed. The Prateek grand city layout is not worth the price. The quality of construction and the items used in the modular kitchen are poor. The basement has leaks, the security measures are not up to par. A few towers don't have a functional lift, there is visible damage on the pillars from seepage. Buyers have reported that they were charged hidden charges as the possession date came closer. 

Prateek Grand City location is Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad. The road which leads to society is completely broken. Even though the Prateek Grand City construction status is complete, some buyers have not been allocated parking. 

You can compare Prateek Grand City floor plan with other societies. I would advise you to stay clear from this builder and don't purchase a unit in PGC. You will waste your hard-earned money and sign up for mental harassment.
