What are the reviews of Lodha Woods Kandivali East Mumbai?

Lodha Woods has apartments for all types of families. Both me and my sister in law are planning to have a 2 BHK and a 3 BHK, respectively, here. Here is the floor plan we noted after visiting the project-

The project is RERA approved as well, so you will face no legal issues here. This project is also situated in a prime location and has all the required destinations within close range, like-

• The Growel’s 101 – 7 minutes

• Oberoi Mall - 15 minutes

• DMart and Big Bazaar – 10 minutes

• DNA Multispeciality Hospital – 2 minutes

• Western Express Highway and upcoming metro station – 5 to 7 minutes

• Ryan International, Cambridge School (ICSE)

• Thakur International School

We are planning to visit it again with a few more family members next month, so I will share another Lodha Woods review soon.

Lodha Woods, located in Kandivali, East Mumbai, is a classy project. I adore the style and the plan of the apartments. My father has been planning to shift to Mumbai near our house, and that is when I came across this project. I visited the project just a few months ago and would really love to share some of the finest aspects of this project in this Lodha Woods review, like-

• You will get 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments here

• All the apartments are spacious and have grand decks

• The Sanjay Gandhi National Park is clearly visible from the apartments so be sure to wake up with an excellent view from your windows

• There are more than thirty amenities provided in this project

• All the apartments are built as per Vastu norms

• Jain temple with Uparashaya is there

• Apartments will be available from next year only

My parents will be visiting this Diwali, and we might finalise a 2 BHK here as well. I will suggest you visit it as well and then decide whether you will live here or not

I would like to highlight some problems of this project in this  Lodha Woods review and they are-

The parking space lacks proper management and has no provision for a car lift, which would result in car congestion very often

• There are slums surrounding the project so please be very sure before investing in here

• The possession date gets delayed so I am confused whether it will get completed by this year’s end as promised or not

• The bathrooms and living room are not that spacious, which did let me cancel my plan of having an apartment here

I am looking for a flat solely for the purpose of investment. So, I feel Lodha Woods is a good property to invest in. Why? Because this project provides top-notch amenities such as a clubhouse, cycling track, power backup, swimming pool, lift, park, gyms, indoor games, RO water system, etc. I like that this place provides power backups since tenants ask for these types of requirements. The security system is also decent! So, I feel this project is perfect for residing in. Hope you like my Lodha Woods review.

As the name suggests Lodha Woods is known for its greenery and spacious flats. ESIC Hospital is nearby where my wife works so we have decided to purchase this place. I hope you like this review.

Are looking to move into a newly constructed property within two to three years? Then Lodha Woods might be a convenient option for you since the possession date of the project is December 2024. The location of the project is splendid! It is located in the heart of the city and it is well connected to other parts of Mumbai. Western Express Highway is only 7 mins away and Upcoming Metro Station is only 10 mins away. There are renowned colleges, schools, and malls nearby. Overall a good place to invest in.
