Laxmi Shrushti

with my family. It is an upcoming residential housing society. I got to know about this through one of my friends as I had asked him to share any information on new projects in his area. So, let me share a quick Laxmi Shrushti reviews to help you paint a picture of the project.

Laxmi Shrushti location is near Kapadia Multispeciality Hospital /Harmony Mall, Sane Guruji Nagar Marg, Goregaon West, Mumbai. It is spread across 0.5 acres of land and has 127 units of 1, 1.5 and 2 BHK apartments. I liked the closeness of the property to the Goregaon train station, which will help in travelling. As far as the Laxmi Shrushti price is concerned, it starts at 1.58 crore rupees. We were interested in the 2 BHK apartment, which has a decent 565-square-foot carpet area. Laxmi Shrushti completion date is somewhere close to August 2025. Overall, I liked the property, and we have placed it in our consideration lot.

I went to the

project in Goregaon West. I was interested in the property and thus enquired to gain some information about it. Let me share my views on the same. 

The location is good, as it is near Goregaon train station, Singhi Hospital and Patkar College bus stop. They have top-class fire safety measures, a jogging track, community hall, gym, rainwater harvesting, spa, swimming pool and many more amenities. 

The Laxmi Shrushti construction date is August 2025 and we found it ideal in the price range of 1.58 crore to 1.96 crore according to our preferences. But it is always good to have options. So, I visited another project in the same region like

. But, comparing its infrastructure with the Laxmi Shrushti, I liked the latter one.
