I booked an apartment in Lakevista At Purva Windermere. It is RERA-registered, and the RERA ID is TN/29/Building/0008/2023. This development offers 1, 2, and 3 BHK units at the starting price of Rs. 48 Lakhs.

I immensely trust the brand value of Puravankara. It is one of India's major listed real estate businesses. I booked this apartment as a real estate investment. 

Also, I really like their construction quality, as they are providing;

• Premium branded sanitary ware and CP fittings.

• Glazed French windows with heavy gauged, UPVC /Aluminum frames with sliding or hinged shutters.

• Anti-skid ceramic tiles

Overall, I am happy with this project.

I own a 1 BHK apartment in Puravankara Windermere's E block. Not just me, but over 99% of owners of 1 BHK apartments are dissatisfied with the association's upkeep and reaction. Out of immense dissatisfaction, I am writing this Puravankara Windermere Pallikaranai review. 

I can share a few persistent problems that all the 1 BHK owners are facing here:

• Seepage is a prevalent problem in all one-bedroom apartments.

• Every block has drainage problems and water logging in the drainage system.

• Although the apartments appear fine from the outside, the interiors are completely leaky and worse.

• There are over 750 one-bedroom apartments, but there are only about 70 open parking spaces. Most of the time, you have to park in the centre of the road, and the association will ask you to move the cars out.

• Every 1 BHK apartment’s paint is getting peeled off because of the seepage problem.

The Purva Windermere project size is around 55 acres. I’d suggest not to invest in 1 BHK here but can invest in 2, or 3 BHK.

Please do not go by the positive Purva Windermere reviews, instead conduct a thorough due diligence before booking an apartment here.

Hi, I was planning to visit this based on the reviews provided by one of my friends, who stays near to this project. The Purva Windermere address is Bhavani Amman Koil St, Pallikaranai, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600100.

He informed me that this is a RERA registered project and the Purva Windermere RERA number is TN/29/Building/0008/2023. He said that the starting price of an apartment in this project is Rs. 50 Lakhs. However, I was planning to buy a 1 BHK apartment, so wanted to know the Purva Windermere 1BHK price. I’d really like to appreciate it if someone could help me with the latest price in the comments below.
