What are the Reviews of Kumar Prospera, Hadapsar, Pune?

I went through several Kumar Prospera reviews online and found this project quite interesting. I paid a visit here in June but was quite shocked at their price. Their starting price is near Rs. 1 crore, which is way too expensive. Other projects in its vicinity do not charge this much, so I decided to back off.ย 

There is also sewage just beside the project and it smells awful. The Kumar Prospera completion date is set for 2025 but it seems they have not completed even 50% of it so I guess it will eventually get delayed. You can go through some more Kumar Prospera Pune reviews to be sure.

I visited Kumar Prospera in July and was able to gather a lot of information about it. The Kumar Prospera address was quite easy and you can reach that location without any hindrance. It is located in Pune South in Hadapsar. My sister-in-lawโ€™s husband moved to Pune last year and is now planning to purchase a property and settle down in this city, which is why we are quite interested in this project. The Kumar Prospera possession date is now set for 2025 so they will have a bit of time to save money as well. Here is the floor plan of the project:

  • Kumar Prospera 2 BHK price starts from Rs 98 lakhs for 1144 sq ft andย 

  • Kumar Prospera 3 BHK price starts from Rs 1.25 Crore for 1461-2018 sq ft

The plan looks good and I can assure you that the apartments are quite spacious. Kumar Prospera has been in real estate for a long time and has established their brand quite well so do not worry about their projects. They will only deliver the best.

Last week only I checked out the Kumar Prospera floor plan and it was pretty good. It is a new residential project getting constructed in Pune. you will get 2 and 3 BHK apartments here. Here is the price list I know about available in this project-

I personally found the Kumar Prospera price a bit high but it enjoys a great location and has more than a dozen of amenities like

  • Outdoor party lawn with pantry and open-air food court

  • Senior citizen plaza

  • Outdoor gym area

  • Outdoor yoga pavilions

  • Skating rink for children

  • A spacious and green cricket area

  • Multipurpose or futsal court

 

Apart from these, it also has all the common amenities like swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, indoor games area, gym, and more. It will have two tall buildings having 416 units in total. Follow the Kumar Prospera address-

I had been suggested this property by my neighbour. I can say that although this project is in an excellent location, it is unclear how the builder is building and selling flats to end users who are experiencing land litigation challenges. Yes, there are land litigation charges and despite what the builder claims, the case has not yet been dismissed.

Also, even though the property is RERA registered and Kumar Prospera RERA number is

P52100014951, the

majority of apartments remain unbooked even one year after their opening since they are not Vastu compliant. I also donโ€™t like the fact that there is only one balcony in a 3 BHK apartment. I have also seen sewage running continuously on both sides of the apartments, and it smells terrible.

I am not going to spend here for sure.

I read many Kumar Prospera reviews before visiting the site. I can tell you that the greatest materials are used, and the construction quality of the property is outstanding. The fact that this builder completes jobs on time or earlier is one of their top qualities.

I also liked that this project includes a sizable garden, a pool, a community centre, a party room, a gym, a jogging trail, outdoor sporting equipment, a cricket pitch, etc.

I also liked the Kumar Prospera floor plan. The property provides 2- and 3-BHK, spacious apartments that can be fully or partially furnished and the price range is between โ‚น73.77 lacs to โ‚น1.58 crores, which I feel is not very pricey for the amenities the project offers. But I feel that the absence of balconies in rooms is the only drawback, as there is only one adjacent to the hall.

However, I would say thank you to the sales crew. Since the very beginning, they have acted in an entirely professional and true-to-their-word manner. I am looking forward to the project's completion in 2024.

Kumar Prospera Pune staff has gone above and beyond to assist us and delivers the best customer service in responding to our questions. And not just that, all of the IT offices in Magarpatta City, as well as those for IBM, TCS, Suzlon One Earth, Panchshil Quadra, WeWork, and Amanora Chambers, are nearby to the project site. I know for sure that the Eon IT Park, WTC Kharadi, Fursungi IT Park, and Mantri IT Park are all within a 15 to 20-minute drive. Even the Pune airport and railway station are 20 minutes away by car.

I must tell you that Kumar Prospera Magarpattta is an under-construction project. Having visited the project site to finalise my booking there, I know that all major, reputable hospitals are nearby and the project flaunts the 20+ amenities it offers. I believe that it is spread across 8+ acres and has a carpeted space of more than 850 square feet for a two-bedroom unit. It can be an ideal investment decision for anyone.

I was so into this project that I visited it personally to ask the officials about the Kumar Prospera floor plan, but things did not go well. I came across an old friend of mine there who was living in an apartment as a tenant, and he described to me the true scenario there. Here is the list of cons he mentioned

  • The builders charge facility usage fees and it is about Rs 16,000 per year, but for the owner, it will be within Rs 2200

  • The flats are not at all Vastu compliant

  • There is a large sewage near the project so you will 24*7 bad odour

  • It is very near the main road be ready to get disturbed all day long

  • The price is also too high. If you check out other projects in this project, you will see they are way cheaper

I heard that the Kumar Prospera possession is set for 2028 but am not sure

. Do verify it once if you are really interested.ย

Hi Buddy,

I have booked an apartment in Kumar Prospera last year. The sales team was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. Since I've been following this project, the speed of construction has been incredible!!

What I liked best about this assignment was the fact that:
  • The location, which is close to Magarpatta and Amanora.

  • The flat design for a three-bedroom home was the finest of all the possibilities. I saw that the master and guest bedrooms are divided by the living room, providing complete seclusion. The living room is large, and the rooms are all spacious

  • Amenities include a clubhouse, visitorโ€™s parking, power backup, and a tennis court

Limitations:
  • The balcony is small

  • The flat design lacks space for a common washbasin

  • I'm a little concerned about the canal that runs behind the project; it's not causing any problems right now...but it's something to keep an eye on in the long term!!

After Possession:ย 

Possession hasn't been a particularly pleasant experience. Things take a long time in the end, and the sanitary and other materials utilised aren't up to par.

However, the procedure for addressing grievances is still effective.

Hi Buddy,

This project's location and accessibility have completely delighted me. This is one of Kumar Prospera's main selling points. It is surrounded by Magarpatta township, Amanora township, and Kumar Sienna and is in a very good location. Seasons mall and Amanora mall are immediate across the street from one other.

This project is located in a developed area, unlike the majority of forthcoming projects, which are located in remote locations and require another 5-6 years, if lucky, or possibly 10 years, for development to begin. However, I would also like to mention that there is sewage nearby, but I have never smelled anything foul after visiting the project several times.

To recap, if you want to invest in/purchase a good property, go ahead and contact Kumar Prospera, or at least pay this property a visit. It offers everything you need to make a place feel like home. In addition, this is Kumar's 140th project, so you know you can trust him:)

Hi Buddy, I visited the Kumar Prospera Hadapsar last Wednesday, and I am amused as a buyer because of its 3 qualities;
  • Size offered:
Prospera is one of the few developments that offer larger apartments than other current developments. In an era of compact 2 BHKs (600 sqft) and 3 BHKs (1000 sqft), Prospera is one of the few developments that offer large apartments. The flats are large and open (2 BHK: 870 sq ft; 3 BHK: 1250 sqft). This is the pointer that appeals to me the most.
  • Amenities:
The property boasts all of the latest amenities found in other developments. We can see the promises becoming a reality now that the building is underway.
  • Finishing and quality:
The sample flats demonstrate excellent quality and finish. It is really attractive and satisfactory, whether it is the bathroom fittings or the general finishing. The Kohler faucets in the bathrooms deserve special notes because they are extremely uncommon to locate.
