₹ 92.0 Lacs and the rent here ranges between ₹ 7,000 - ₹ 8,500 for 2 BHK Flats. I have booked a flat here and I know that the project is ongoing and the expected possession date is in December 2025. It is probably the best residential project in PCMC in the price range. The apartments here come with a false ceiling, air conditioning, a modular kitchen, and all other top-notch material and fittings used. I just love it.

I went to visit the

Kasturi Apostrophe project with my mother. I was not really impressed by the project. What I saw was that The fittings and accessories used are not of "premium" quality. Normal Windows shutters should click into place when you close them, but here they do not. Even the door hinges have already begun to rust before ownership! 

In addition, we had a poor experience with the sales team. They lack morals and calculation standards based on market rates. Buildings are placed next to one another specifically for two-bedroom apartments. One can peep into the balcony and windows of the adjacent buildings.
