What are the reviews of Empire Tower, Goregaon West, Mumbai?

A friend of mine suggested Empire Tower since he knew I was on the lookout for an apartment near Goregaon West. I did some digging on the apartment and found an Empire Tower review which said that Nesco IT Park, Infinity IT Park and Nirlon Knowledge Park are the commercial hubs in Goregaon (East) which are very close to the apartment. I also read that the distance from the location to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport via Western Express Highway is roughly 12 kilometres.

But one of the reviews said that

this society is really remote from the market. Parking problems also exist here. There are also frequent power outages. Additionally, pollution exists. I will pay a visit to

Empire Tower before I decide on investing here.

I decided to invest in Empire Tower because I read an Empire Tower review stating that Gaiwadi Industrial Estate and ACME Industrial Estate are only 1 km from Goregaon (East). My husband works in Gaiwadi Industrial Estate so I was keen on buying an apartment in Empire Tower. My husband and I visited the site too and observed that the presence of office hubs and proximity to the Film City and industrial estates drive rental demand in the area.

But

nearby traffic bottlenecks may cause all of our tasks to be delayed. Poor road conditions necessitate their replacement or modification. A resident of the area also told me that every day, there are significant power outages that ought to stop. The absence of hospitals close is a significant issue. The lack of street lights makes it difficult to walk in the streets at night.

I am not very sure if I will invest in

Empire Tower or not.

Empire Tower is a mid-budget segment locality offering ample 2 BHK-ready apartments. It is strategically located on Western Express Highway, Goregaon (East) and is close to good schools like Oberoi International School, Pahadi High School and Williez Pre-School. These schools are one of the main reasons I want to invest in Empire Tower.

But my sister gave me an Empire Tower review that

the nearby area is a highly congested neighbourhood, higher rates of robbery in public transportation are there, poor sanitation in public spaces, unsanitary roads, and it is also dangerous for women at night. I am planning to visit the site before I invest in

Empire Tower.

I read an empire Tower review that a few cases of leopards are reported by the residents of Aarey Milk Colony in Goregaon (East) which is very close to Empire Tower. My friend lives in that area and he told me that during the monsoon, waterlogging causes traffic bottlenecks on the Western Express Highway, which is inconvenient for travellers. Also, the nearby area's terrible traffic is the biggest letdown. At all times of the day, the highways and streets are congested. The poor state of the roads here is also a major contributor to the frequent traffic congestion. As far as I can tell from my personal experience, the standard of living is not tranquil here. Furthermore, there is no opportunity to live in a fresh and natural environment due to the area's high density of habitation.

I would not suggest anyone to invest in Empire Tower.
