What are the reviews of Casagrand Utopia, Manapakkam, Chennai?

I have been planning to settle down in Chennai for a long time but have not been able to get the apartment I want. My cousin living in the Manapakkam area showed me the Casagrand Utopia brochure online, and that is when I decided to pay a visit here. It is exactly what I wanted. I have a 3-year-old kid, so I wanted a project where my son could play freely. Here are some of the aspects of the project that really delighted me-

• The project has a safe, unique, and kids theme community

• There is a no-vehicle system followed here, so be sure you or your family will never face any accidents.

• You will get finely crafted 2, 3, 4, and duplex apartments here.

• The best part is that the project is supposed to have 60% open area to allow for the free flow of air and good light and air ventilation.

• This is the only project in Manapakkam that has more than 80 amenities.

The Casagrand Utopia handover date was set for this month, April 2023, but now they are saying a bit of work is still left, so people will be getting possession the next month. They are claiming that 90% of the work is complete, but I doubt it. I at least did not have a pleasant experience here. After checking the Casagrand Utopia brochure, I planned to visit it and did it in January. We were, however, not shown any apartments, even though my friend, who went with me, had paid 80% of the apartment cost. It was quite shocking. 

We even came across a person who had booked an apartment here but, within two months, cancelled it. He was assured that he would get his money back, but even after 5 months, he is struggling to get the refund. My friend is really worried now, but I hope this project will give possession soon. I will suggest that you be very careful before investing any money here.

I will be moving to Chennai for my future project and that’s why I wanted to buy an apartment there. My office partner showed me this property when we were on our way home. From what I observed, excellent connectivity is available at this property, which is situated in the centre of Manapakkam. It is just 12 minutes from Kathipara Junction, nearby Chennai International Airport. It was a plus point for me as I had to travel a lot for my projects. I have listed down some of the main location advantages below:

• Meenabakam Metro Station: 3.5 km

• Go Cinemas: 2.5 km

• CM Hotel: 2.2 km

• Victory Stores: 700 m

Look, when it’s about reading the reviews of the project or property, you should know every bit of it properly. That’s why I am here to guide you on the Casagrand Utopia review. The one thing I liked the most about this property is the facilities they provide. It has some superior amenities like an AV room, amphitheatre, swimming pool, gym, mild OSR, podium, children's play area, swimming pool view, kids jungle area, games room, kids pool and science park. From what I know, this property comes with 2, 3 and 4 BHK duplex apartments. It starts with a built-up area of around 1005 sq ft, which is more than sufficient I think.
