I have visited the ATS Happy Trails Noida extension project so I am going to share my review with you. The location of the project is excellent since there are schools, and medical stores, nearby. I will be living with my parents and I also have kids so having hospitals nearby is number one on my priority list. The project offers facilities for residents which is great. But even though the location is great and the place is well connected with other parts, you won't be able to get a cab easily. It's a bit of a hassle, so be prepared for it. I hope you find my ATS Homekraft review informative. 

I have checked the Happy Trails reviews, and although I agree with what has been mentioned by others, I would like to say that the project is not that great. Yes, this project provides some basic amenities but there is no car parking space for everyone. And there is a huge transportation problem. Water service is also not great since at times residents don't get water. The builder is very ignorant and won't listen to their problems, so I am not sure if it’s worth investing in it.

I checked out the ATS Happy Trails brochure that my friend shared with me and found it pretty good. The project is providing 2 and 3 BHK apartments starting from Rs 75 lakhs. As for the proper ATS Happy Trails address let me tell you that it is located at Sector 10, Greater Noida West. Some of the specifications that my friend found great about the project are

• You can avail free home automation services

• Customised payment plan is also available for buyers

• The project has 12 residential towers with G+27 height

• Easy connectivity via NH-24 is also possible

• You will get 80% open area here

• The project is stretched across 8.6 acres of land 

• This project has a total number of 1239 residential apartments

• 3 tier security will be available here

ATS Homekraft Happy Trails Noida extension has indeed made sure that their buyers get the best. Based on the review of my friend I can also assure you that all the apartments are very spacious. The ATS Homekraft Happy Trails price list also states that they are quite affordable. They have set their starting price at Rs 84 lakhs for 2 BHK. It is quite less compared to other projects near it. Also as for the ATS Homekraft Happy Trails construction update let me tell you that almost 90% of the project is finished. They have set the possession date for 2025 and my friend firmly believes they will be able to wrap it completely.

After going through the ATS Happy Trails brochure, I planned to visit the project myself once. There are certain problems I witnessed with the project so let me list some of them here-

• The surrounding of the project is not quite developed and honestly, you might have to wait more than a decade to see it progress. Schools there get closed within 2 pm so you can wonder about the condition of that area.

• Rs 84 lakhs is okay for a 2 BHK but investing the same amount here will be a loss. Their price as per the area is just too high.

• I faced a huge transportation problem. No one is ready to go to such a remote place and from there you won’t get any cab or ola easily.

• There is no parking space available there as of now
