What are the PVR Anmol Bachupally Reviews, Miyapur, Telangana?

I booked an apartment here, primarily because of the significant PVR Anmol Bachupally location. Location was of utmost importance to me while buying an apartment as I wanted to give it on rent and earn a good rental income per month. This is not possible if the apartment is not located in a good location. So, I bought a flat here because of its strategic locational advantages;

• Hitech City – 20 Mins

• Gachibowli -25 Mins

• Financial District – 30 Mins

• Kondapur – 15 Mins

• Miyapur bus stop -10 Mins

• Miyapur Metro Station – 10 Mins

• Lingampally Railway Station- 15 Mins

• Outer Ring Road- 05 Mins

I have been looking for apartments in Bachupally area. During this process, I discovered this 1.21-acre gated community. Let me tell you, I was looking for a ready-to-move flat, and as PVR Anmol Bachupally construction status is still under construction, I couldn’t go forward with it. I heard from the sales team that the PVR Anmol Bachupally possession date is by June 2027. The project specifications are as follows;

• EWC with a Hindware or equivalent-brand flush tank.

• Washbasins of the Hindware or comparable brand in the master bedroom toilet and dining area.

• PVC Ashirvad/Hindware is used for all waterlines and drainage fittings and lines.

• Granite Platform with Stainless Steel Washbasin, Borewell & Municipal Water Connection Provisions, and Fixing Water Purifier Provisions. 

The PVR Anmol Bachupally price ranges from Rs. 1.07 Crores to Rs. 1.29 Crores.

I will be very honest with you. If I am investing on a project I will look at the facilities first. If there is no school, hospital, mall, grocery store and more near the project, why will I even look at it? I wasn’t much convinced by the online review and had to pay a visit and share with you some of the facilities that I saw included 

• Patry–cafe lounge

• Club house

• Swimming pool

• Large cellar car parking

• Walking track round the building

• Intercom

• Grocery Store within the project and it has a lot of stuffs

I don't think listing - 27/7 security, AC Gym, Generator Back Up, Fire Safety, CCTV Cameras and more is required. Almost every project has this so this is not a new thing. Overall my experience was good enough. I hope this PVR Anmol Bachupally Review will help you. 

I can sacrifice anything but all I need is a good school nearby. My son is 5 years old and I don’t want to send him far away to study. At least I should be able to rush to his school whenever there is an emergency and that is why I opted for this project. There are 2 schools very near the project which I was checking online and those are: Time Kids Preschool and Surya The Global School, like within 1 km and that is what attracted me towards this project. I have also seen many cabs available and you do not have to wait for long to get it. A good transportation is a great relief indeed so this is my PVR Anmol Bachupally Review as of now.

My friend Kiran is actually buying a flat in PVR Anmol Bachupally and she invited me to have a look at her new apartment. She is planning to buy a 3 BHK apartment here and live with her in-laws who are quite old. I have seen many gated communities with many facilities. It is not a new thing but what I loved about this project is that it is very much spacious and the lush greenery can put a smile on anyone’s face. Uncle and aunty can take a walk whenever they want. 

However I notice one negative point and that is the roads. You can get vehicles within 10 minutes maximum but some parts are totally ruined. We discussed it with the manager and he said he will take care of it. It is not very populated as of now so I hope things will get better then. But if you really want the PVR Anmol Bachupally Review from me, I would rate it 4 out of 5.
