I have heard a lot of things about Salarpuria Misty Charm in Mallasandra Village, Hobli, Kanakapura Road . Maybe I can share my opinion with you on the same. Don’t take it as a Salarpuria Sattva Misty Charm review per say but the information I am sharing should help you in making your decision.

The project offers 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK apartments at what is known to be one of the fastest growing locations in Bangalore, off Kanakapura Main Road. Here are the sizes and prices you should look out for.

Six months ago, my father visited Sattva Misty Charm and was quite pleased with the CRM team. They answered all of his questions promptly and with great respect. The Salarpuria Sattva Misty Charm RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/AG/170824/000174. 

My father shared his reviews with me. He said the project was big and extremely well-planned. The primary attractions are the two acres of open green space and the clubhouse. Prasadmath Enterprises is the place where I work. I went to check out the Salarpuria Misty Charm price after hearing about this project on Kanakpura Road. I discovered that the price is quite excessive considering the location. Also, Prasadmath Enterprises is far away from this project. It was then advised that I look into

Provident Park Square

. The latter was preferable to me as

• It's only 0.8 kilometers from where I work, so getting there will be a breeze.

• This property will offer more than twenty facilities which is undoubtedly higher than Sattva Misty Charm.

• There are 789 units in this complex, spread over 20 acres.

Choose Provident Park Square if you're in a rush. I will advise you to check out both of these before determining which is the better fit for you.
