What are Aditya Imperial Heights Hyderabad Reviews?

I have heard a lot of things about Aditya Imperial Heights Hyderabad from my uncle. He was exploring properties to invest in and he said that this project has good potential. The project is situated on Kondapur - Miyapur Road in Hafeezpet. As soon as you enter Hafeezpet flyover, your eyes will fall on 9 blocks of the premium community known as Aditya Imperial Heights. If you invest here you will have connectivity across the city via Hafeezpet MMTS, Hitech City, Financial District, IT hub. If you have a job in the city, you can consider buying a flat here.

I have also visited this project and I can share my Aditya Imperial Heights review. I think you should also concentrate on amenities and facilities that this project offers. Although connectivity is a big plus, the facilities in and around the area are even better. When I talked to the RM on project site he told me that not only are the flats vastu compliant but if I buy a flat here, I will have access to:

• Two parking bays

• AC gym

• Club house

• Health and fitness centre

• Table tennis room

• Leisure room

• Library

• Swimming pool 

I saw that the area around the project was good too. It is a prime location and I saw there were many schools, hospitals, multiple shopping complexes, and multiplexes as well. I am considering my investments here too.

I have read that the price of the 3BHK flats in Aditya Imperial Heights project is between Rs. 93.3 lakhs to Rs. 97 lakhs. It seems within this range, the property offered in a prime location like this is worth it. Still I am unsure. It will be a huge investment. I am awaiting some more reviews before I jump on to any conclusions.
