Around every unit, there are ample amounts of greeneries that can make anyone stress free and happy. I have visited the site before and I was amazed looking at the maintenance service of the place. Adarsh Palm Retreat Mayberry was supposed to get completed by 2021 but now they are delaying the possession date. I have heard they have set a new possession date, December 2024 but guys about 60% of the project is yet to be completed so I don’t think they will be able to finish it next year. As of now, only the ground floor’s construction is complete. Some other negative aspects of this project are-

• Not Vastu-compliant

• No parks

• Unavailability of cabs 

• Not very much well-connected with the rest of the city
