The Transcon Tinseltown project is developed by the Transcon Group. I visited the project location and saw that the flat is under construction. The 1 BHK is sized at 376 Sq.ft- 397 Sq.ft. with the price starting at 1.39 Cr* onwards. The size of 2 BHK ranges from 501sq. ft to 649 Sq.ft.  The 3 BHK is sized at 858 Sq.ft. and will cost buyers  3.29 Cr*. According to the Transcon Tinseltown review, the project sounds and looks premium in the floor plan. The gated community has eco-friendly facilities such as rainwater harvesting and garbage recycling. It even has industry-standard compliance fire safety measures.

Even entertainment options such as Infinity mall are within a radius of 5 minutes. You don't have to be stuck in traffic for hours to reach healthcare institutions. Kokilaben Hospital is 10 minutes away. Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital and Medical Research Institute are nearby as well. 

I have booked a unit in Transcon Tinseltown after looking at Transcon Tinseltown review and developer reviews. The project comprises luxurious state-of-the-art amenities. A few of the facilities promised are a cricket pitch, jogging/strolling track, billiard room, coffee lounge, kid's pool, jacuzzi, infinity swimming pool, community center, library, clubhouse, party area, gym, aerobics room, indoor games room, cricket field, squash court, and rock climbing park, children's pool and play, senior citizen area, lounge, pavilion, plantations, yoga class, jacuzzi, and pool deck. It seems the project will have a vast range of fitness-related amenities.
