Finally, I visited this project after going through a lot of positive Purva Park Hill reviews. I got to know that the Purva Park Hill price for 3 BHK is Rs. 1.6 Cr. and the price of 4 BHK is around Rs. 2.4 Cr.

It boasts a lovely road and a great view of the forest. Purva Park Hill address is Survey No-19/1, Off Kanakapura Rd, Mallasandra, Karnataka 560062. The expanded tri-deck balconies and spacious layout of the property, which is reasonably priced for the entire south of Bangalore, really caught my attention. Purva Park Hill project size is spread around 17.3 acres with around 1589 units. I am really happy to buy my first house in Purva Park Hill.

I think Purva Park Hill is a reasonably priced suburb at the moment, but as it grows, I am sure the prices will rise. My friend wanted to buy a flat here so I suggested to him now is a great time to invest in this property before the price climbs because of its close proximity to significant IT hubs. However, I am not sure if they offer a 1 BHK configuration, so I cannot tell you Purva Park Hill 1 BHK price. But I can certainly tell you other configuration prices because my friend and I did enquire about the prices.
