In front of my house there is an open place I want to buy it but I don't know the owner of that land how can I find the owner of that land?

If you know the plot number, you can visit the local Land Records Department and inquire about owner details. They might ask you to fill an application form for the same.

You can ask your neighbours or friends if they have an idea about owner details. Usually, neighbours know who owns which house or plot in the area. 

I believe these two methods work the best.
