What are the Documents Required for Home Loan in Union Bank of India?

I took a home loan from Union Bank a year ago to build my own house in Delhi. I was asked to submit a set of documents at that time for the application purpose. So, I can share the Union Bank home loan documents. 

What are the Union Bank of India Home Loan Documents Required?

• A filled application form and credit information

• KYC documents of the applicant and the co-applicant/guarantor (if any).

1. ID proof (PAN/Voter ID/Passport/Aadhar etc)

2. Address proof (Driving Licence/Passport/Aadhar etc.)

3. Latest passport size two photographs

• Bank statement for the last 6 months

• Property documents based on the type of property

• Copy of property ownership documents: Title deed/Original Sale Deed/Share Certificate(s) issued by the society and other link parent documents conveying the ownership. It should be ensured that in case of 2nd or onward sale, all the original documents must be in the possession of the owner/seller. 

• Copy of approved plan by local body

• Advance payment receipts/own contribution receipt

• NOC from Builder/Developer/Society

• Agreement to sell/Allotment letter.

• Statutory and regulatory approval of construction of proposed residential unit as per state laws.

• In case of construction/extension/repairs/renovations, estimate the cost of construction/extension/repairs/renovations.

Income proof i.e., last two years’ ITR/Form 16, latest 3 salary slips and proof of other income, if any (In case not reflected in ITRs/Form 16).
