What is the Garudadri Elite Review Kudlu Gate Bangalore?

Garudadri Elite completion date was 2008, so yes, you can get ready to move into apartments here. I came to know about this project while searching for apartments online on NoBroker in the Kudlu Gate area. I really loved the features of this project mentioned online, so I went to pay it a visit just a few weeks ago. Here is what I loved about it:

• The project has a single tower with 40 units and there is no scope for congestion

• There are only four floors in this project 

• The Garudadri Elite apartment will be free of any legal issues as the project is RERA-approved

• They have used white sanitary ware with European WC and CP fittings

• Good quality vitrified tiles have been used for the flooring of the apartments here.

Garudadri Elite Kudlu Gate is one of the finest projects I have ever come across. It is well-maintained perhaps because of its small layout compared to other projects. My sister lives here, and to date, she has never faced any serious problems. Here is the floor plan and Garudadri Elite price:

Plenty of banks are allowing you to avail yourself of home loans for this project, so you can definitely invest here.

Garudadri Elite possession date was 2008, and I was quite concerned about it. The project is a bit old, so I did not quite prefer visiting it, but my sister insisted. But now I am glad that I visited it. It is located on Kudlu Road, just off Hosur Main Road, and enjoys great connectivity. You can reach Ambalipura, Sarjapur, Marathalli, or other areas easily from Kudlu Road, just off Hosur Main Road, which is just 10km from there. We did not face any difficulties while booking a cab, so location-wise it's perfect. 

The price of the apartments is also quite cheap, mainly because the project is old but the apartments are really in a good position. My husband is yet to visit the project, and if he approves, we might buy a property here. However, there is one issue with this project. It does not have an occupation certificate so we need to enquire about it as well. Overall I liked the project and would rate it around 4.4/ 5.
