What are the Reviews of Sunny Splendour, Mulund West, Mumbai?

An amazing project that makes my father feel happy to live near Mulund West, Mumbai is Sunny Splendour. We visited this project. Being close to schools, hospitals, shopping centers, supermarkets, and many other places is the best part of this project. The builder's assurance of quality has also pleased me. The Sunny Splendour possession date my father received is December 2025.

However, my father continued to bring up a few small concerns with the builder, but they quickly addressed them. Although I am also satisfied with the amenities offered, we decided to book a 2 BHK flat there. 

As per my Sunny Splendour reviews it's a wonderful project to live together.

The most recent project I looked at was the Sunny Splendour Mulund West, and it looks extremely good. The best feature is that this project will offer multiple flat varieties, which I have listed below:

Although I thought the Sunny Splendour flat price was expensive, but following my visit I came tio know why. They will be offering first-rate flats with outstanding features like:

• Jogging track

• Community hall

• Children's play area

• Visitor parking

• Intercom

• Gas pipeline

• Indoor games

• Party area, and so on

Based on my Sunny Splendour Mulund West reviews, I will give this project an 8 out of 10.

As per me, the Sunny Splendour construction status is going on track and it will be done by December 2025. But, the main issue is the pricing. The Sunny Splendour price ranges from Rs 1.97 Crores to Rs 2.7 Crores. So I went to other projects in Mulund West such as

Prestige City

and

Sheth Montana

. I found the pricing in Prestige City better as compared to the other two. Their 2 BHK flat starts at 1.77 Crores. Also, the floor plan along with the amenities of this project is much better than the Sunny Splendour. Finally, I booked a 2 BHK of 814 sq ft apartment in Prestige City.
