What are the Reviews of Rahul East View, Hadapsar, Pune?

I visited this project a few months back. I am planning to book an apartment here. On enquiring about the Rahul East View flat possession date, I got to know that this is a ready-to-move apartment, and the possession was done approximately around February 2021. I really liked the Rahul East View location. Some of its locational advantages are as follows;

• Bus stops at Mohammadwadi and Simuate are 14–18 minutes away.

• The travel time to the Sasvad Road train station is 9 minutes.

• The Dhanvantari Hospital and Sushrusha Hospital are close by and take around 10 and 18 minutes.

Rahul East View is developed by Rahul Construction Company. They offer 1, and 2 BHK apartments and the Rahul East View prices are as follows;

This is a RERA-registered project and the RERA ID for the project Rahul East view are: P52100017005, P52100000845. The important amenities that are provided by this project are as follows;

• Club house

• Gymnasium

• Indoor games

• Party lawn

• Children's play area

• Landscape garden

• Rainwater harvesting

Currently, I am staying in a rented apartment in Hadapsar. When I was planning to book an apartment, I went through several

, and Rahul East View reviews. As a result, I visited both of these sites and really liked both of them. However, after comparing I realised that purchasing a unit in the Rahul East View would be much more profitable and economical. The Parmar the High Gates is still an under-construction project and the expected date of possession is by December 2026. Whereas Rahul East View is a ready-to-move project, investing here will help me to save my money on rent and relocate here ASAP.

Additionally, I discovered that Parmar the High Gates' starting price range of 1 Cr is rather high. Rahul East View is fairly affordable, with prices ranging from Rs. 38 Lakh to Rs. 51 Lakh.
