What are the reviews of Mana Projects Mana Capitol, Sarjapur Road, Bengaluru?

Hi there. A friend of mine recently showed interest in

Sarjapur Road. I went to enquire regarding the project alongside him. Let me share a small Mana Capitol reviews on the basis of the information we found out.

The project offers 1,2, 3 and Duplex Bhk options. The project is spread out on 7.5 acres and has 691 units. It is currently under construction and the Mana Capitol possession date is predicted to be September 2026.

The property is located near Kodathi and Bellandur bus stops. Apart from this, prominent schools like DPS and Harvest International School are within 10 minutes of travel. I really liked the all-round facilities that the project has to offer and my friend has already booked a flat.

We visited the Mana Capitol Sarjapur Road, which is under construction. We were interested in the 2 BHK flats that they’re offering. The Mana Capitol price starts at around 65 lakh rupees and goes up to 1.5 crore rupees. I was amazed by the fact that it is adjacent to RGA Tech Park. 

Apart from this project, we visited two more in the Carmelaram region. I would suggest you check them out as well.

Sarjapur Road in Carmelaram. 

The amenities really attracted us towards the project. They include a broad list, including a party area, basketball court, Vastu compliance, swimming pool, tennis court, jogging track, amphitheatre, badminton court and more. The carpet area for a 1 BHK is 423 square feet. I also asked the Mana Capitol flat price EMI, which starts at 48,462 rupees/month. I have added this to the top of my preference. But, I would like to share one more project in the area that is a tough competitor:

I planned to check the Mana Projects Mana Capitol 1BHK price but on their official website, I saw that they are providing only 2 and 3BHK apartments. That is why I visited another property within its proximity, which is the

. Brigade Sanctuary will be providing

• 1, 3, 3.5, 4 BHK apartments

• It has 8 buildings with 700 apartments in total

• This project is more affordable than the Mana project and the price range here is between Rs 77 lakhs and Rs 2.77 crore. 

This is also a RERA-approved project so you can invest here as well if you like.
