I will share an honest Legacy Riverside review. I think the society is well-planned and well-designed with 8 residential towers and a total of 640 flats. It offers several lifestyle amenities such as a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse, fully-equipped banquet hall, indoor games room, and a children's play area, well-maintained garden and a jogging track. Buyers have multiple options to choose from. The facilities will help buyers lead a relaxed life.

You must read this Legacy Riverside review if you are about to invest in properties in Pune. The building is well-connected to hospitals (Aditya Birla Hospital and Lokmanya Hospitals), shopping centres, schools (DY Patil College of Engineering and Indira National School),hotels(Ginger Hotel,Barista,DoubleTree by Hilton)  and ATMs. I have seen that many IT offices are near the area.The society has excellent connectivity to the Pune-Nashik Highway and the Pune-Alandi Road. Pune International Airport and the Pune Railway Station are a short drive away.  So this can be a good investment opportunity in real estate sector.

The society is already registered under RERA with the RERA ID : P52100025012.The flats have been designed to maximise natural light and ventilation.
