What are the Reviews of Bhandari Associates Bhandari 32 Pinewood Drive, Hinjewadi, Pune?

The 32 Pinewood Drive is an upcoming housing society being developed by the prominent developer, Bhandari Associates. They have been in the business for close to 50 years, and thus, I showed my interest in the project. My wife and I visited to check out the 2 BHK flat on the property. It is spread across 6.24 acres of land and has 336 units. The Bhandari 32 Pinewood Drive address is pretty good for us as it is near TCS  in Hinjewadi Phase 3, Hinjewadi, Pune. From there, my office is barely 2 km away. So, it would save a lot of my time.

 Hello. We have been searching for a 2 BHk for the past 2 months. We checked out the Pinewood Drive in Hinjewadi last week. So, let me give you a 32 Pinewood Drive Review through this answer. 

This was one of those projects where we liked certain aspects while some things made us question the project. The price range is decent, which ranges between 66 lakhs to 91 lakhs for 2 and 3 BHK homes. The location is a good aspect in general as it has a lot of bus stations nearby along with Vedant Hospital. However, it is close to 10 km from our office, which is an issue. But we’re considering this due to the immense amenities, including a gym, community hall, swimming pool, jogging track, tennis court and much more. The 32 Pinewood Drive possession date is December 2024, which doesn’t suit us either, as we’re looking to buy a house by June next year. We have checked out two more properties, which are
