What are the Reviews of Arkade Aspire, Goregaon, Mumbai?

The Arkade Aspire contains about 206 units. These units consist of a mix of 2 and 3 BHK. The Arkade Aspire location is situated in Goregaon, Mumbai, close to the Cello Triumph Tower on IB Patel Road. The society, according to the brochure, covers 1.2 acres. The project is now in the construction phase and is scheduled to be finished in December 2025. I just recently bought an apartment in Arkade Aspire. This project is located in Goregaon, Mumbai, Jay Prakash Nagar. The managers who work there engage in political games and demand me provide them with down payments in cash rather than cheques because they only take cash from buyers. The Arkade Aspire possession date that I received is December 2025. But, the Arkade Aspire construction status is also not good. I don’t think they will be able to complete the project on time. A few months ago, my brother went to see this Arkade Aspire project. He was pleased with the project. This has been registered with RERA. When you consider the location, services, and amenities provided, the prices for the 2 and 3 BHK apartments are really fair, inexpensive, and practical. The Arkade Aspire services offered here are undoubtedly the most intriguing ones. 

The facilities available here include a gymnasium, swimming pool, children's play areas, and a jogging track. A secured gate system for entry and exit along with the power backup is one of the beneficial attributes. The safety system is available and includes CCTV and 24-hour perimeter surveillance for the entire complex. If I overlooked anything in Arkade Aspire reviews, please let me know.
