Is it worth investing in MIDC Technology Park, Talawade, Pune IT park area?

Talawade is a located in Haveli Taluka in Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune. It is a well developed industrial area. Not only it has many industries, it is the location of an IT park also. Some of the companies in this area are Capegemini, Mahindra & Mahindra, Mercedes Benz and Volkswagen etc.

Average price of property in Talawade area is around Rs. 4625/sq. ft, which is quite lesser than other area of Pune like Hinjewadi, Hadapsar, Baner and so on.  Year on year growth property rates in last 3 years is 9-15%. From 2019 to 2020 property rates grew by 9%. So the area is still developing and the rates will only increase in the future. 

It would be wise to in invest in MIDC Technology Park, Talawade, Pune now for high ROI in the next 4-5 years.
