You need to understand how much they are willing to pay, where they want the property, whether they are Vastu believers, and what property features they want. Last but not the least, a buyer will never buy a property with legal disputes. So, it's better to check with the seller before suggesting the property to the buyer. And it is a huge decision for buyers to invest in a property. They are spending their lives saving on property. So, they will definitely think 10 times before purchasing their dream house.
