What are the Reviews of ASBL Loft, Financial District, Hyderabad?

.Hi there, I have been looking for investment opportunities in the Financial District, Hyderabad and have found a good option after visiting ASBL.  I’ll tell you about some of the advantages this project is offering in this ASBL Loft reviews.

• Being built over a huge 5 acres of land, you’ll find 3 BHK houses here. 

• Talking about the ASBL Loft location, the connectivity is quite good, as you can reach ORR, ISB Road, and Wipro Circle within 5 minutes. I travel for business once a month, so the 30-minute journey to the Rajiv Gandhi Airport would definitely save me time. 

• Another plus in this project is the carpet area. The 3 BHK comes with carpet areas of 1695 and 1870 square feet, which are huge in space. 

The ASBL Loft possession date has been set to June 2029, which is the only problem for me, as it is a bit late. But, considering the overall offerings, I am yet to find a better option.

 My brother and I are jointly planning to buy a 3 BHK flat in Hyderabad. Since our business office is near the Financial District, we gave a visit to this project and we were quite impressed. The ASBL Loft price list is in the range of Rs. 1.67 crores to Rs. 1.83 crores. We initially thought this was a bit expensive, but after we got to know about the materials being used and amenities in the project, our views changed. 

The builder is using high-quality materials like double-charged vitrified tiles for flooring, external designer tiling, doors finished with teak wood and many more such products. On the amenities front, the project will have a shopping centre, gym, jogging track, amphitheatre, spa, aerobics room and many more. So, we’ve decided to go for it. I suggest you check them out once, if you’re looking for something similar.

We’ve been living in Hyderabad for a long time and have been planning to buy a new home. While visiting projects, we went to ASBL Loft’s last month. I found the pricing to be a little over our budget, but the overall facilities have still kept us interested. We first checked whether the project was registered under RERA or not.
