What is the Sumadhura Sarang Review Whitefield Bangalore?

I visited Sarang Phase I a couple of months ago and was really impressed with their finest architectural plan. My friend is actually interested in having an apartment here, and during that visit, we learned that this project will be offering:

  • 272 luxurious apartments

  • It will provide 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments 

  • The entire residential property is spread across 4 acres and 26 guntas

  • The apartments will share no common walls

  • It will have two towers in total

We inquired about the Sumadhura Sarang possession date and learned that it will be completed by 2026. Since there is still time, I suggested to my friend to wait a bit, get more Sumadhura Sarang reviews, and then invest here.

I am interested in this project mainly because of the Sumadhura Sarang location. My sister lives near the Park Square Mall, and this project is just 9 minutes from there. I hope you all know about the Forum Value Mall. You can reach it within 14 minutes from this project as well. Apart from these, you will get everything near it, like:

  • Sathya Sai Super Speciality Hospital- 15 Mins

  • Narayana Multispeciality Hospital- 16 Mins

  • Sheraton 4 Points - 12 Mins

  • Taj Vivanta - 13 Mins

  • Vibgyor - 9 Mins

  • Mvj College Of Engineering - 13 Mins

  • Deen Academy - 15 Mins

Accenture, Cipla Limited, Siemens Limited, and other offices are also quite near this project, so if you are employed here, having an apartment in Sumadhura Sarang Whitefield will be the best choice. At least you won’t get stuck in Bangalore traffic if your office is within walking distance.

The Sumadhura Sarang price starts at Rs 1.68 cr and goes up to Rs 2.58 cr. This amount would have been okay if the apartments were spacious enough. I visited this project with my husband and could figure out some of the major problems, like:

  • You will get no common area for 2200 sq ft carpet area apartments

  • This project is not on the main road so if you buy an apartment here, you have to drive/walk 1-2 km to reach the main road

  • Their construction quality also did not seem up to the mark based on the money they were demanding

If you ever visit Sumadhura Eden Garden, you will know why Sumadhura is not well-known in the market. That project is just opposite Sumadhura Sarang and is a complete disaster. People get neither water nor electricity properly, and Google has plenty of negative reviews about it. After much thought, I have dropped the idea of having an apartment here.

I intended to look for the Sumadhura Sarang 2 BHK price, but I discovered that they only offer 3 and 4 BHK apartments on their official website. For this reason, I visited a different property nearby and went to the

Amrutha Heights Phase 2

project. This project will offer

  • 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK apartments.

  • There are four buildings with 200 units.

  • This project, which has a price range between Rs 84 lakhs and Rs 1 crore, is more reasonably priced than the Sumadhura Sarang project.

You can invest in this project if you'd like because it has also received RERA approval.

Instead of reading Sumadhura-Sarang reviews, I chose to look into this project and was pleased to see it. This project is going to be among the most amazing projects the city has ever seen. I would like to thank the sales staff for their outstanding help during our tour of the Sumadhura Sarang property.

  • Let me share the Sumadhura Sarang address. This project is located on Hoskote Road, Doddabanahalli, Whitefield, Bangalore.

  • Here, you'll find apartments with three and four bedrooms that range in size from 1655 to 2580 square feet.

  • The Sumadhura Sarang project size is around 4.5 acres.

  • Sumadhura Sarang 3 BHK price starts from Rs 1.72 crore onwards.

  • This project is going to be completed in August 2026. It is RERA approved and the  Sumadhura Sarang RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/180723/006075.

As of now, I think this project is reasonably priced and well-built, but I'll make the final decision by the end of the year. You should at least once visit the project and, if you can, leave your thoughts here. It will be really helpful for me to make the final call.
