I will share with you three ways to find a house number. 

You can enquire about your house number from your neighbours. A lot of neighbouring houses have a similar arrangement of numbering. If your neighbour’s house is137. Your house number might be 135 or 136.

You can walk to your nearest Municipal office and speak with the officials.

You can find your house number on bills that have been paid in previous months. Just look at Electricity Bill, Water Bill, tax receipts, etc
