• Go to the link below and select the state as Delhi

• Click on Apply for Driving License option

• After reading the initial instructions click on continue

• You must have your learners license number, enter it

• Fill in date of birth and hit OK

• You will then need to add your details, upload photo and signature (if required)

• Book the DL test

• Pay the application fee and verify the payment status

• Print the receipt and go with it on the day of the test

The procedure is slightly different for Hyderabad. You cannot apply online there. You will have to visit the RTO. Schedule the appointment online and take the filled Form 4 application along with learner’s license. After you give the test, you will receive your driving license clearance.
