Last paid property tax receipt if you own a property.
If you are living in a rented property then provide a rent/ lease agreement along with the landowner's Latest Property Tax Receipt or Municipal Khata copy or copy of the Electricity Bill.

Visit the GST portal: https://www.gst.gov.in/
File the GST Amendment Application.
Submit the FORM GST REG-14 along with the required documents after 15 days of changing the address.
The GST officer will run a background check and verify everything within 15 days.
The applicant should reply in FORM GST REG-04 within 7 days.
