15+ years old building valuation price for buying - At what price should I buy in Cambridge Layout Society for a tier 2 builder?

Three years back, my brother purchased 3 BHK Apartment in Cambridge Layout, Jogupalya Bangalore. The carpet area of his flat was 1860 sq ft and for that, it cost him Rs 2.20 Crore. He informed me that the cost to purchase a Tier 2 property in Cambridge Layout depends on a number of factors, including its location, size, infrastructure, and amenities. Usually, the average cost of Tier 2 building is Rs 2 to 3 crore. Moreover, he said it’s better to contact the society office to get the guidance book and exact price.
