How to change my registration number?

Hi Pal,

Changing your registered  mobile number for a bank account is easy. Visit the bank and ask the officials about the process to change your mobile number. You will be given a form to fill up and the update will get done within a week only.

If you want to do it online, 

• Visit the net banking portal of your bank

• Go to profile

• There must be an option to update mobile number

• Click on it and provide the new number

• Click on Submit and it will get done. 

You can also

• Visit the ATM

• Insert your debit card and provide the PIN

• Click on registered mobile number

• Enter the mobile number

• Confirm it by providing the OTP you must have received and its done
