Hi there,

As far as I know, you need to obtain IOA or IOD which is the Intimation of Disapproval or Authorization from the Government during the first phase of construction then you need to obtain the CC and OC which is Occupancy Certificate and Conveyance Certificate. The CC is given in two phases: first is up to the plinth level and beyond the plinth level. If CC is not obtained, it is considered that the floor plans are not Government approved.
