Overall, I had a very good experience with NoBroker Interiors. The wardrobe quality, finishing, and timely delivery were excellent and met my expectations. The only major issue was with the wardrobe dimensions. We had specifically requested a particular depth and width so that we could use IKEA accessories. However, the designer mistakenly ordered different dimensions, which meant we had to purchase custom accessories from an outside vendor at a significant additional cost. That said, I truly appreciate the designer for taking ownership of the mistake. She was always available, responsive, and genuinely tried her best to help by searching for compatible accessories online. A special mention to our Project Manager, Chandru. He was extremely supportive throughout the project and was always quick to respond to calls and messages. His professionalism and commitment made the overall experience much smoother. Compared to Livspace, NoBroker's service is far better and highly commendable. In fact, I only wish we had chosen NoBroker for our kitchen as well. Unfortunately, we went with Livspace, which turned out to be one of our biggest home renovation regrets and a poor use of our hard-earned money. Despite the wardrobe sizing issue, I would definitely recommend NoBroker Interiors for their quality, customer support, and overall service experience.

No broker has successfully completed interior work for our house of ph2. Thanks to the entire team for giving us a good product. Design, Site PM co ordination team and ground level execution team were fantastic and very supportive. Finally No broker has delivered very quality product. We hired their services to get the interiors done for our apartment in Prestige Jindal City. We had a very tight timeline and needed the work to be done within the date. The work was finished as per the deadline and was done very professionally. Very good experience with NoBroker Interiors team. I appreciate the regular progress updates provides by the team, I was always informed about status of work which gave a complete peace of mind. The project work got completed as per the promised timeliness which was about 2 month from the date of first visit to showroom. The quality of workmanship of complete team is impressive. The execution was neat and clean, all members coordinated efficiently. What stood out is that I have never made any visit for monitoring or checking the status of work. If I were to suggest an area of improvement then it would be providing more guidance on suitable color combinations and design asthetics. Having expert recommendations on color schemes would have enhanced overall experience. Additionally price is slightly higher but considering the professionalism and hassle free experience it is worth the investment.

While I felt a few aspects of the interior work could have been better in terms of value for money, the team was very supportive throughout the process. A special mention to Manoj from the execution team and Abhilash from the design team — both were extremely polite, professional, and helpful. The team handled everything smoothly — from design discussions to final execution A big thank you for Manoj, our Project Manager, Harsha, Manager and Tarun - Designer who was the true driving force behind the successful completion of our interiors. Manoj is experienced, knowledgeable, and extremely diligent in his work. He ensured every detail was executed to perfection — from carpentry and fittings to electrical and service requirements. One suggestion to NoBroker is please do not assign multiple projects to one project manager. It will impact all the projects.

We are happy with the overall experience with NoBroker, especially with respect to the quality of work delivered. However, the pricing is slightly on the higher side compared to the market. We would especially like to appreciate the efforts of the Project Managers, Mr. Tabrez Pasha and Mr. Harsha, for their continuous support and coordination throughout the process. The development team has been very responsive and proactive in rectifying issues promptly whenever customers identify and report them, including support for replacements. However, maintaining timelines often required continuous follow-ups from our side. We request the team to improve proactive timeline management and adherence to committed schedules. A special thank you to Mr. Tabrez Pasha for providing daily updates to the customer, supporting even small modifications, and maintaining continuous interaction and coordination throughout the project. Overall, thank you to the entire team for the support and cooperation.
